Honey Bear Bush Camp
Honey Bear Bush Camp is a newly built luxury accommodation found in the Kyambura game reserve on the south banks of the Kazinga channel in wildlife-rich Queen Elizabeth National Park. The camp is operated and owned by Wild Places portfolio which runs the best accommodations in UGANDA. The lodge is convenient for safari adventure and relaxation since it’s in the perfect base for tourists and travelers who want to explore and discover the park with its stunning views, plenty of animals, and surrounding areas. One can be at the camp by road taking approximately 5-6 hours (370km) drive from Kampala city to Queen Elizabeth National Park then an hour’s flight from Entebbe International Airport to close to Kasese Airstrip and a few minutes to transfer to the camp
Honey Bear Bush Camp is comprised of 5 spacious and luxurious tents including overlooking the beautiful views of the Kazinga channel and Rwenzori mountain in African traditional style with a high level of comfort. Each tent is well elevated on a raised platform and furnished to meet guest’s personal fondness with mosquito nets, an outdoor bathroom with hot and cold showers, flushing toilets, free toiletries, Vintage Furniture, beautiful fabrics, chairs, and wooden tables, complimentary bottled water, white duvets and pillows, slippers in the rooms and many more . Each tent has large sitting areas and a veranda that gives a panoramic view Kazinga Channel, Rwenzori Mountain ranges, and surrounding areas. The tents have excellent and comfortable bedding with king-sized bed. The camp offers single beds for individuals and double beds/ twins for sharing as well as group/family options.

Queen Elizabeth National Park is the second largest and most visited national park found in western Uganda near the historical town of Fort Portal (Tourism city) in districts of Kasese, Kamwengye, Rubirizi, and Rukungiri. The park occupies a total area of 987 km squared. The park extends from Lake George in the northeast to Lake Edward in the southwest and includes the Kazinga Channel connecting the two lakes. It’s a wide channel in Uganda 32 kilometers long. There are different accommodations in Queen Elizabeth National Park; budget, mid-range, and luxury accommodations. The park has a variety of flora and fauna over 100 mammals and 612 species of bird which attract more tourists.
