Queen Elizabeth national park has a spanning size 1978sq. km and covers the districts like, Kamwenge, Rukungiri, Rubirizi and Kasese where it is located on the map of Uganda.

Queen Elizabeth national park is located 410 km away from the Kampala capital city by road. There are several ways you can reach Queen Elizabeth national park from Entebbe; by plane, car, self-drive car or bus. A self-drive is an awesome adventure to Queen Elizabeth national park from Entebbe International Park. You can either use the Kampala –Mbarara- Kasese Road to Queen Elizabeth national park which takes approximately 6 hours, but you can also drive through Bushenyi to Rukungiri and enter from Ishasha gate to Queen Elizabeth national park.

The road transport is not only easy to use by the majority of the visitors but it is also so interesting.
