Bush camp
Bush camp is one of the budgeted safari accommodations suitable for travelers with little money yet they wish to visit Uganda’s Queen Elizabeth National Park for safari, however the lodge suites with perfect amenities and it is easy to locate. More so, its location overlooks a wide range of wildlife species and beautiful nature. Bush camp lies few kilometers off the Kasese –Mbarara main road and its location offers easy outreach to the impressive Kazinga Channel one of the main touristic attraction in the park.
Bush camp is comprised of 12 bandas, self-contained and non self –contained tents.
More then, the camp offers 2 self-contained tents perfect for families and are easily out reached from the main camp by the visitors. They are suitable for the visitors who have their own car.
While at stay here, we advise our visitors not to move around at night because the area is not safe.
Bush camp consists of 10 non self-contained tents well maintained and each safari tent contains a double bed, a bedside table and power outlet.

Generally, Queen Elizabeth National Park is Uganda’s top most visited safari destination that sits in the western region of Uganda, approximately 400 kilometers by road south west of Kampala –Uganda’s capital. The park’s main famous attraction that makes it popular worldwide are the rare tree climbing lions and other diversity of mammals, a home to over 96 mammals and 600 bird species. Moreover, Queen Elizabeth National Park is a UNESCO world heritage site and covers an area of about 1,978 square kilometers and was established as a national park in 1952.

Game drive
From your lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will go to adventure on game drive viewing where you will have a great chance to view the most elusive of the park’s fauna. Game drive in the park is reward in morning and evening sessions and during the game drive expect to see diversity of wildlife species such as herds of elephants, buffaloes, a lion preying on an antelope, spotted hyenas, warthogs, leopards among others.
Birding
Queen Elizabeth National Park is a paradise of bird species with around 600 species of birds. While on birding here expect to spot some of classic bird species such as; Greater flamingo, Shoebill, Bar-tailed Godwit, African skimmer, Chapin’s Flycatcher, Pink-backed pelicans, Black-rumped Buttonquail, Martial Eagle among others.
Lion tracking Experience
The park is a great safari destination for adventuring the unique tree climbing lions which can be explored in their habitant of Ishasha sector. Besides spotting the tree climbing lions, you can spot other animals like herd of buffaloes, elephants, warthogs and antelopes like Uganda kobs among others.
Chimpanzee Tracking
You can go for chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura Gorge a home for various chimpanzees. The activity starts early in the morning with briefing and after go search for them with park rangers as your tracking you’re able to view other primates like Red tailed monkeys, baboons, butterflies as well as various notable birds. The moment you find them one hour is given to you observe them how they feed, play and survive in the forest as well as enjoying memorable photography.
